Cancellation & Refund Policy

HARSHIKA DHIMAN believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal 
cancellation policy. Under this policy:
• Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately after placing the order. 
However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the 
vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.
• HARSHIKA DHIMAN does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items like flowers, eatables 
etc. However, refund/replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the 

• All our products are made to order and printed specially for each customer.

Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, size issues, or design preferences.

However, we do offer replacements or refunds in the following cases:

• The product arrives damaged
• The product is misprinted
• The wrong product is delivered
• There is a manufacturing defect

✅ When will refund or replace:

✔️ Damaged product
✔️ Manufacturing error (wrong print, defect, etc.)
In these cases of damaged product, customer need to contact us within the day of product arrival (first day of delivery) with clear photo or video of the product as proof.

To be eligible for a replacement or refund:

• Customers must contact us within 24 hours of delivery
• Clear photos and an unboxing video must be provided
• Proof of issue is mandatory

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund within 7–10 working days.

Refunds will be issued to the original mode of payment.

By placing an order on our website, you agree to this policy.


• In case of receipt of damaged or defective items please report the same to our Customer Service team. 
The request will, however, be entertained once the merchant has checked and determined the same at his own end. This should be reported within 15 Days days of receipt of the products. In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 01 day of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after 
looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.
• In case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer the issue to them. In case of any Refunds approved by the HARSHIKA DHIMAN, it’ll take 3-5 Days for the refund to be processed to the end customer
